Extremely hard to connect via phone with this provider.
It seems they are never open.
Tried to pay a bill several times, but they weren't open.
Tried to call to pay and they weren't open.
Hence forgot to pay bill, now I get a letter, which I should have, but just saying attempts were made.

My other opinion is it seems like such a large bldg., to operate with so
few people there.

This was a VERY frustrating business! I had to call several times before I could ever reach them. When I was on my way to the appointment, I couldn't find the office, so I called to ask directions. The phone just rang. I found out why when I got there. The receptionist was on the phone with friends the whole time. In fact, she ignored us when we got there. Extremely unprofessional! Then, they wouldn't allow me to stay with my child. Maybe that's standard practice - I don't know. But, I wish I would have left. I had told my child I'd be there with her. She's not happy with me. You can't tell me a child wouldn't be calmer with their parent in the room. I will NEVER go back nor will I ever recommend this place!
