Extremely hard to connect via phone with this provider.
It seems they are never open.
Tried to pay a bill several times, but they weren't open.
Tried to call to pay and they weren't open.
Hence forgot to pay bill, now I get a letter, which I should have, but just saying attempts were made.

My other opinion is it seems like such a large bldg., to operate with so
few people there.
