I was ok with the appointment. It was neither the best nor the worst I experienced. I thought the dental hygienist was very friendly. I doubt I would recommend them to anyone. I would definitely hesitate due to the fact that my experience was sub-par.You are expected to pay the payment in full as they don't accept payments from dental insurances.(yet they cashed a check from our second dental insurer)You pay first, they bill (some times it takes 4 months + for that) your responsibility to stay on top of it all.Your responsibility to get your EOB of coordination to the office if it needs to be billed to a secondary insurance. We have found a dentist that accepts payments, bills both of our insurances, and submits predetermination. (No more "it will be a percentage" answers)

Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They worked to make sure I was happy with the crown I had done there. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.

Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
