Dr. Aeschlimann has been my family doctor for years so it was never a question as to who my daughters pediatrician would be. As time went on I began to question my decision as she seemed to have grown impatient. I was not impressed with her bedside manners. She has 'old school' tactics such as yelling at children and pushing them back down on the table when they try to get up.

I went in during sick hours with my daughter who was running a fever of 102 and waited 2 hours before finally leaving. I left because the girl up front called in another non appointment patient who showed up an hour and a half after I did. Me with a 4 yr old and her with what looked like a 12 year old boy. After explaining to both the Dr and the girl that was next no one seemed to care and the Dr proceeded to ignore me and shut the door in my face. This was the last straw for me. I have requested my daughters medical records and I am sure it will take them awhile to get to me since they do everything very slowly and never respond to requests in a timely manner.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. PLus the staff members make you feel like your home, and they are hilarious! Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. Same day sick appointments always, on site lab... Just an overall great place!!!

Absolutely. They have plenty of nurse practioners and doctors as back-up support
