They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I love how much attention to detail they show. All of the providers are WONDERFUL!!! They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They have appropriate magazines and movies in the waiting room the the children and the parents with lots of toys to keep them, and us busy!

Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.
