My children have been patients of Dr. Watman for over 16 years. We are more than happy with the dental care we receive from all the wonderful staff. The one thing that I really enjoy about this office is their high level of customer service. The hygienist and dentist take their time with both my kids and myself to explain all dental care and needs. The front desk has always been very helpful with my insurance questions and scheduling appointments. It's very difficult as many parents know, to try to fit into our kids busy schedules a dental visit. I was so pleased when the front desk staff pulled out a folder with schedules of all local schools half days, and was able to book and appointment when my son was off from school. Just one of the many reason why my family has always seen Dr. Watman & Dr. Becht. I recommend their office to all my friends and family.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. My son didn't experience any unnecessary pain during his visit, and I was amazed at how much better he felt after we left. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. . I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.

I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I thought that everyone on the staff was very nice and friendly. I did feel welcomed during my visit. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time.I would confidently recommend this office to EVERYONE !!

Good staff, I liked dr Wattman a lot, kind to the patients, but last prophy appt my daughter already had a decayed tooth and nothing was talked about, nor even the option to go someplace else that could try to fix, I never had the option because I wasnt awared about it. I couldnt see anything wrong in her mouth, it was on the x-ray. And now, only now, after 6 months, the decay is a lot bigger, almost at the nerve....I'm very upset about it and disappointed....they could've told me at least, so I would be aware of the problem....and it would be up to me to decide if it was ok to wait that long and then fix the problem....I'm never going back there....ever...and I do not recommend to anyone

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only could I tell that the practiced good oral hygiene themselves, they had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen. It gave me a lot more confidence that I was seeing someone who knew what they were talking about. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.
