My children have been patients of Dr. Watman for over 16 years. We are more than happy with the dental care we receive from all the wonderful staff. The one thing that I really enjoy about this office is their high level of customer service. The hygienist and dentist take their time with both my kids and myself to explain all dental care and needs. The front desk has always been very helpful with my insurance questions and scheduling appointments. It's very difficult as many parents know, to try to fit into our kids busy schedules a dental visit. I was so pleased when the front desk staff pulled out a folder with schedules of all local schools half days, and was able to book and appointment when my son was off from school. Just one of the many reason why my family has always seen Dr. Watman & Dr. Becht. I recommend their office to all my friends and family.

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. My son didn't experience any unnecessary pain during his visit, and I was amazed at how much better he felt after we left. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. . I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
