Dr. West is a wonderful dentist. His office is a small family office and the atmosphere is welcoming. Phyllis is a joy to talk to and always pleasant. Would recommend his office to anyone.

Absolutely awful. The woman that works the front desk is horrendous and just down right rude. Dr. West started work on my wife and offered to pull a few of her teeth, but when it came time to do the job, he got sick. Not to mention he tried filling a tooth 3 times and each time the filling came out, he was told to pull that tooth anyway. We rescheduled and then his wife (front desk clerk) called to cancel our appointment and reschedule 4 weeks in a row. We attempted to call to schedule again and were talked down to and lied to as well by Mrs. West. She was rude and nasty each time we spoke to her. My mother even goes to this dentist and had all her teeth pulled last year, however Mrs. West had lied and said Mr. West hasn't pulled teeth in years. At one time this may have been a great office to visit, but now I wouldn't let them work on my cat's teeth.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

Never, they are very reliable.
