They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged.
