I am so disgusted by the way I was treated at this office. First, I sat in the waiting room for 45 minutes without a single employee letting me know they were running behind or apologizing for the delay (or giving me a time estimation for when they would be getting me back). This was my first time at this office, so as a new patient I feel I should have been treated so much better than I was. When I finally got back, they sat me down for an x-ray and then made me get up so they could do an xray on another patient (again, I feel the new patient should take priority - I used to work at a dental office and new patients were always treated as VIPS). The lady doing that xray threw the lead coat onto my belongings and knocked my glasses over and didn't bother to pick them up. The lady doing my xray prepared the cover (that was to go in my mouth) with her bare hands and asked me to 'open up'. I hesitated and then told her I did not feel comfortable putting something in my mouth that she just had her bare hands all over. She acted like I was crazy and said, well I can change it if you want. She also tried to make small talk by asking how long I had to wait, when I told her I had waited 45 minutes, she acted like that was not at all unusual.. I was so upset at this point and knew I would never make this my permanent dentist so I ended up just walking out before they did anything else. Nobody from this office reached out to me or apologized about how I was treated. I will definitely never recommend this office to anyone and I will never be back.

It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was really nice of them to make sure that the water they used to rinse my mouth was at a comfortable temperature. In fact, it was the perfect temperature. I really appreciated them making that extra effort to make me comfortable.
