Addressed my concerns, very friendly, and did the most thorough exam I've ever had at a dental office. I felt safe although I was (as usual) nervous. I was able to relax after the numbness took hold. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They were very kind and professional. Being nervous I always cry afterward as my stress reliever. I meant a lot to me that the surgeon was kind enough to apologize several times about the injections.
