They got me in very quickly when I needed a tooth pulled. Everyone was very nice. Dr. Hoover was direct and no nonsense about what I had done to my teeth. But he did a great job in a quick amount of time. And I am very confident he'll be able to handle the future work I need done.

I have been very pleased with my services here and the great thing is, they accept Medicaid! I notice a few comments where some weren't too happy with their experience and my guess would be that they were from people who just didn't take care of their mouth. Dr. Hoover seems very passionate about his work and even though I was "scolded" for not taking better care of my own teeth I didn't take it as him being rude, but just a caring dentist that knows the importance of good oral hygiene! and that's what makes him the great dentist that he is! Staff has always been very friendly as well! I've been taking my children to the children's dentist here in town, but will be switching them over to this office. I've had issues with my children's previous dentist and know that they will be in better hands with Dr. Hoover!

The dentist wasn't friendly in the least. I have never felt more unwelcome somewhere. Just a warning, they do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. My teeth cleaning was extremely rushed. My teeth were still very dirty when I left. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I wasn't too impressed with their office, I could tell they didn't take much pride in it's appearance. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand.
