Excellent advice. I went for a second opinion after having been told by another doctor that surgery was the best option, after months of struggling with plantar fasciitis. Dr. Rozran gave me a regimen of exercises and stretches and boot wearing that resolved my problem within a few weeks and avoiding surgery.
