One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.

The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They gave me a little information about fees and payment plans before my treatment, but not enough. I wish they had gone over it more thoroughly with me. I probably would have decided to not do the treatment. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
