I have gone here for the past few years and their staff in the previous years were FANTASTIC. They were very friendly and made me feel comfortable when I got my procedures. However, I returned after maybe a year or two later and the staff was completely different, for the most part. The hygenist was very kind, but the dentist that checked my teeth was the worst. Didn't even say hello, introduce himself or aknowledge me. Just checked my stuff and left without a word. The new dentist that did my filling was, to put it lightly, a b*tch. I have always had problems with my teeth so I am very self concious and when someone constantly complains about how bad they look etc etc then it bothers me. Which is what she did. I wouldn't mind some comments that dentists usually put in, but when you keep badgering me about it for my ENTIRE filling appointment, then its so unnerving and it took me a lot to not get snappy with her. Never have I had such an experience at a dentist. I'm going in for something and then it will be my LAST appointment there. After that I'm switching.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Every question I had was answered thoroughly

Not at all! They were very gentle and careful
