Debra Coats Walton MD is very professional & knowledgable. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is seeking a great dermatologist. The environment is very clean. The staff are friendly & very professional everytime I go for my appointments.

Some of the front desk antics were a little unprofessional and Dr. Walton is apparently in high demand based on the full waiting room. Once I got through the layers and met with the Doctor it was smooth sailing.

Tthey do not adhere to the customer is always right policy no matter what the situation is. They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them instead of trying to correct the situation. That's just bad business. I was completely distressed during my appointment. I was unable to relax and ended up having to leave. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. And I got an infection from my visit.
