It is hard to get a response back from them once you submitt a request from the pharmacy for a refill it takes over 3-4 days before they respond and generally you have to call her office.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I loved how friendly the staff was. They gave me such a warm welcome. I was so relaxed while waiting to see the dermatologist.

First, let me agree with the previous sentiments on the tardy wait time. Totally ridiculous on how long you have to wait!!! Also, my first visit was to see her for dermatology reasons and a nurse practitioner came in and I demanded to see the doctor (because that is what I was paying for…to see a doctor).

My second visit was for consultation on some work to be done on my body. In all of my history of seeing doctors I found this office lacking the professionalism of a doctor’s office! I was first placed in a room to consult with Dr. Coats-Walton’s assistant. I had to ask the assistant to close the door so that I could be comfortable speaking in a private setting instead of everyone outside the door hearing what I was saying.

When Dr. Coats-Walton came in, another young lady came in right behind her. I deliberately put on the puzzled look of “ what is going on?” And the doctor told me that the young lady was her esthetician. This, I was not comfortable with, but the doctor did not put me in a comfortable position by having the young lady removed from the room. So here I was, undressed with three people in the room (doctor, assistant and esthetician) advising me on what would be the best option.

Within 2 minutes of the doctor being in the room, there was a knock on the door, then the door opened (just knock and open!!) and another young lady stuck her head in to discuss something with the doctor. Please visualize this: my pants down, shirt up and I was right in the eye sight of an open door. I had to ask that someone close the door. From that time to the 20 minutes consultation, the esthetician was in and out of the room or there was a constant knock on the door (with someone sticking their head in) to talk to the doctor. I stopped counting after the fifth disturbance.

Her assistant then showed me the room that the doctor does her procedures and I asked how many of the staff normally would be in the room while procedures are done. She told me her and the esthetician along with the doctor. Maybe I am missing something here, but why does an esthetician need to be part of a lipo procedure???!!

I left the doctor’s office with the contention that I had just wasted $150 for a consultation session that was interrupted over five times and also being put in an uncomfortable position of being half naked in front of unnecessary people.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. The office was easy enough to find.
