This is a very cold office. Staff are indifferent. My daughter has been coming in for 3 months now and I have not met the orthodontist himself. My daughter told me she was sitting for about half an hour almost with her mouth open with some dental stuff in. It was uncomfortable but no one seems to care. She asked for how long she has to wait and was ignored. That probably is the reason why they do not allow parents in the treatment room.
I have friends needing an orthodontist...never will I recommend this place. Once you sign a contract you are entrapped for the whole time and it is very unfortunate.
Even one star they do not deserve!

I used to get my braces done here and it was okay at first while we were paying them good money. After my braces were removed, it seemed as if I was insignificant to them because I was no longer paying to get my braces done and the only time I would ever come back was if I had a problem with my removable or permanent retainer. This is where the ethics of this company actually showed because when I went back they did a half a** job each time without actually fixing the problem. When I went in to get my lower retainer fixed, it was out of place and spaced from my teeth so I figured that this wasn't good because my teeth were going to shift. I went in thinking they were going to re-do the glue because the piece of metal was about 2 millimeters spaced from my teeth. What ACTUALLY happened was that they just put glue over it. They just put glue right over it and didn't even ask what was really wrong with it. Also, my upper retainer needed to be fixed as well because it was bent so Dr. Sexson fixed them up with some pliers and they didn't even fit to my teeth. The cost of this was $150 and the job wasn't even done. They didn't care one bit because they knew all that mattered was the money that they made from the 5 minutes that was spent on me. The following week, I wake up and a piece of glue is missing from my lower retainer. My tongue is bleeding again because the retainer that is completely out of place is cutting me. So after that I decide to not go back because I wanted to go somewhere else after realizing that it was a waste of money and that they wouldn't really care to fix the problem, they only cared to take money. Today, I went in to get my retainer removed. Knowing that they don't really care, I didn't speak much to them because to them my words didn't matter. Guy removes my retainer and says let me know if your teeth space out again like a smart a**. No thanks tool, I'm taking my teeth elsewhere. He also really shows what kind of a person he is by wearing a gold chain and a shirt that probably costed him a thousand bucks. Who wears this to work? A dentist is not a pimp. The gold chain should have said TOOL right in the middle. After I got this done, me and my mom are talking to the secretaries and they are all piss faced because I told them what was done wrong and that we shouldn't have to pay 150 dollars the first time if it wasn't done correctly. This time, the removal fee was 75. We argued that we shouldn't pay it because they were causing harm to me as the job wasn't even done in the first place. After listening to these stubborn secretaries, we realized that it was a waste of time so we just paid it. Other orthodontics businesses would have handled this differently and in a more business professional manner. If the job wasn't done correctly, the money would have been refunded because a good orthodontics company would have realized what was done incorrectly and it would be made up for. BETTER customer service means MORE repeating clients. I give this place 1 star because of the really poor customer service and the quality of work is poor. The employees are quick and careless. Would not recommend if you don't want to be scammed, unless if you prefer spending more money. This is the type of guy that will only care if you look like an ATM.

I'm sure Dr. Sexson demands payment for services performed. On the flip side his office does not pay their bills in a timely manner, return phone calls or act in a professional manner.
We have left dozens of messages with no return calls. I think this goes to show the unprofessional person he is.

I had nothing but problems. Some staff belittle you. They made me not want to even go back. for 6 grand I deserve a more pleasant experience. I'm not going to write my experience because they'll know who i am. maybe after I get my braces off. the sad part is I'm 18 and prayed they'd be nicer T_T maybe I need to flip out.....

Very rude management. They are very fond of arguing and being cocky. Manager is very unprofessional and I had nothing but problem. I am not going to write all my terrible experiences just don't go there. Not treated appropriately even when paying full in cash with no insurance.

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. Other places I've visited, seem to give up after they don't have an answer for me the first time, but not here.

The office was easy enough to find. They didn't display their qualifications. It made me nervous. One thing that really bothers me is bad breath, but I am happy to report that I have no complaints here. Their breath is always very fresh. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They suck. Do not go to them. The End.
