I had a filling replaced December 14, 2015. It was done incorrectly which caused my jaw to be misaligned causing severe jaw pain and TMJ. Returned 3 times and they attempted to fix the error but pain is still there. Then he had the nerve to try and charge me to correct a filling that Dr Richards had personally performed 10 months ago. Absolutely incompetent and uncaring of the damage they have caused. Legal action pending.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I thought the staff was amazing; they were so friendly and helpful, and made sure I felt welcome there. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
