I visited Dr. Fink to have a chipped tooth repaired. They refused to treat me unless I paid for a full mouth x ray and a comprehensive exam. Dental x rays are linked to brain tumors and should not be performed on a routine basis. Also, I did not make the appointment to have a comprehensive exam. Requiring unnecessary procedures is unethical and a base example of greed.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged about my dental care. No one enjoys a dental visit but Dr Fink is the best. He made me feel very comfortable and that's not an easy task!

I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. Instead of examining my teeth thoroughly like they were supposed to, they only examined them for a few seconds. They should've taken the time to make sure they didn't miss anything. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly.
