I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.

I visited Dr. Fink to have a chipped tooth repaired. They refused to treat me unless I paid for a full mouth x ray and a comprehensive exam. Dental x rays are linked to brain tumors and should not be performed on a routine basis. Also, I did not make the appointment to have a comprehensive exam. Requiring unnecessary procedures is unethical and a base example of greed.
