We've had very mixed experiences with this office. The psychologist we're seeing is terrific; no complaints whatsoever. However, the psychiatrist that we are seeing leaves me with more questions and discomfort in the treatment than anything - this is caused more by the front desk than the Dr. himself. I have called and attempted to relay questions via the woman answering the phone. I was treated very unprofessionally. I received comments that were rude and insulting - definitely not the way to treat a client. As a parent, this did not calm my concerns or leave me with feeling that we are taking the right course of action. Unfortunately, the one that suffers from this is the child as I cannot give them something I'm not comfortable with and cannot seem to get past the front desk with my concerns. I hate to leave the practice as they like the psychologist they are seeing. Incredibly frustrated with this practice.

I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I was able to talk freely during my appointment without worrying about being judged or criticized. They were very supportive and understanding. They don't really take that extra step to make you feel special. I'm just another client to them but that was okay with me. They do not take insurance. You must pay upfront and submit yourself if you have coverage. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. He knows his meds and works hard to find the right balance with my anxiety/depression issues. I've gone to him for several years now as needed.

They've always been great about getting back to me very quickly after I call. It's never taken them more than a day to call me back. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.
