We've had very mixed experiences with this office. The psychologist we're seeing is terrific; no complaints whatsoever. However, the psychiatrist that we are seeing leaves me with more questions and discomfort in the treatment than anything - this is caused more by the front desk than the Dr. himself. I have called and attempted to relay questions via the woman answering the phone. I was treated very unprofessionally. I received comments that were rude and insulting - definitely not the way to treat a client. As a parent, this did not calm my concerns or leave me with feeling that we are taking the right course of action. Unfortunately, the one that suffers from this is the child as I cannot give them something I'm not comfortable with and cannot seem to get past the front desk with my concerns. I hate to leave the practice as they like the psychologist they are seeing. Incredibly frustrated with this practice.
