I was not happy with my experience at all, and it only gets worse!!!
I was recommended to DrG by a friend, what a mistake that was!!
I had a bridge that had become loose, which I had originally had done by another dentist 20 YEARS AGO. I was quoted a price which I thought was kind of high and the work began. Dr G removed the bridge and started drilling, after a few minutes he left the room and one of the assistants came in to tell me that it was going to be more than I was quoted because he needed to incorporate more teeth in the bridge to make it more stable. I didn't feel like I had much of a choice since the removal and drilling had been done. To make a long story short, the teeth were TOO BIG, and very noticeable compared to my natural teeth. The $2500.00-3000.00 quote I was initially given, changed twice, and ended up costing me almost $9000.00. And just a little over 2 years later, I have to have it REPLACED, because it wasn't made or put in correctly, causing a gap which caused a cavity under the bridge. It was a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY!!! Like I said, the original bridge lasted 20 years and his barely lasted two years. Terrible work and over priced!!!!
I wouldnt recommend him to my worst enemy!!! Well.....maybe....

I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time, plus they use a Scentsy warmer in the waiting room and it smelled AMAZING throughout the office, not like a dental office smell at all. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is an upbeat 80's ballad. I would recommend him to my family and friends.

Dr. Bryan Gerstenberg, Airport Dental, Dr “G”
I feel that Airport Dental is unethical. My 86 year old grandmother with advanced dementia received Dr G’s birthday card with coupon and had her caretaker bring her to Airport Dental for a cleaning and to check on a tooth that was hurting. She contacted me after her visit with Dr. G because she was panicked that she had signed an $11,979.00 financing form she felt pressured into signing. She asked me to get the charges reversed which I preceded to do in November of 2010. The Airport Dental office of Dr. G has been of little to no help, they continually say take your complaint up with the financing company. Who created this billing mess again? Was it the financing company or Dr G’s office? I think we know the answer to that one. Dr. Bryan Gerstenbergs policy of not ever calling a patient with a complaint is bad business. Keep in mind Dr. G had not performed this $11,979 worth of work but was funded by ChaseHealthAdvance financing immediately after the form was signed, way before the dental work was to be done. My grandmother is a lady of means and the last thing she needs is to get scammed on a 25.99% APR credit vendor. I could write a chapter on the time, stress, and hassle Airport Dental put me through trying to unravel this aggressive action by Dr.G’s practice. It’s a sad day when you put your cash needs before a patients care. It’s a sadder day when you take advantage of an elder through pressure methods. Kudos to Dr. G’s personal birthday card w/ coupon marketing technique, it sure got my grandmother in there, good mouse trap. It’s taken me six months to finally get to the bottom of this mess. I had to get my attorney involved to have the Airport Dental office produce a ledger of the work Dr. G actually did perform. Dr G billed $768.00 to pull a single tooth. During this mess $235.00 of interest has accrued in the 6 months of me acting proactively and in good faith. I’ve spent way to much time on this fiasco, I’m tired and not going to fight for the $235.00 interest. My grandmothers’ credit rating has been damaged, no thanks to Dr. G. It is my recommendation to never go to Airport Dental and tell all of your friends, neighbors, and relatives to steer clear of Dr. G……
