This experience has been the worst experience at Orthodontist offices. This is the 2nd time my son had braces. the 1st company was in another state & they were amazing.
Round 2 of braces & final leg whoo hoo!! When we first arrived we loved the office staff & Dr. What a joy it was. over the past year it has turned into the most embarrassing & frustrating event. 8/9/22 I payed 1/2 the braces up front ($1,771.50) saying his father would pay the other 1/2 over payments: left contact information & all was agreed: I was told they would reach out to dad setting everything up. (& YES dad has no issues with paying) Here is where the mess up started: Fishbein accidentally entered in the system that his dad would pay the rest of the bill up front. My second visit & all to follow for the last year has been issues every-time saying it's been fixed. Let's get to why I am finally writing a review: Today my son went to his appt. & when we checked out we were going to make another appt. but instead the receptionist decided infront of everyone in the room announce we can't make another appointment because of lack of payment on our account. I was like I am confused so I called his dad he said he made $120.00 payment last Thursday. so I am now so embarrassed because the lady now announced it to everyone that I have not payed and to find out this bill was payed last week I was confused. I asked how much was left on the bill? she said around 350.00 and he has a year left on his braces---I am in awe that this company has not privately dealt with this and in awe they received a payment last week with only 350.00 left on an over 10 months or more time frame he has on his braces. If I could do this over again I would NEVER come here again. I understand that mistakes are made but to continue to not fix them in a years time is crazy to me.....To not speak to a customer in private about billing issue is just unprofessional. To make matters worse the billing issue is not our fault.
