Dr. Murray is awesome. He is like House, but actually cares. He doesn't sugarcoat. He is direct, funny and so unexpected. I have been very unhappy with the front office staff there on many occasions. They are impersonal, make you feel insignificant and treat you like one more dollar. No eye contact and a standard scowl. BUT, the doctor makes up for it, and honestly, over the past ten years, I've noticed most front office staff do nothing but hand you forms in a perfunctory manner once they've noticed you walked up and bothered them, take your ID and insurance info, get any payment as move on to the next person. That's why the doctor is of utmost importance. If this impersonal inattention is actually the new norm, the a stellar doctor makes up for it as much as it could. I am extremely satisfied by Dr. Murray. I was concerned I wouldn't like him, but I am so happy to have found a doctor that relates to his patients on a real and equal level, doesn't b.s., and works to get you better. Kudos to Dr. Murray for being the kind of doctor a patient wishes to have.

It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. My appointments always get canceled last minute here. It is really frustrating and really unprofessional in my opinion. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods.

Temperature in the office and the chairs in the waiting room were comfortable for me. Due to my own misunderstanding I waited in an outer office longer than necessary prior to my first visit. Twice I had an informative appointment with Dr. Murray who seemed very knowledgeable about my symptoms. All of my questions were answered and I left feeling educated about my condition and safe in his care. I definitely trust him. While the MD seems very busy, twice he fit me into his schedule and also followed up with a personal call regarding a particular inquiry. This is written six months after I moved away.

The doctor is personable and knowledgeable. However, his staff is absolutely TERRIBLE. They never answer the phone or call you back. When you walk up to the reception desk you stand there waiting for her to pay you any attention. She is rather unfriendly when she does bother to take care of you. They do not give you reminder calls. The doctor is the only good thing about this place. If he weren't the best doctor around I would say not to bother giving these people your money.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.
