Albeit, I'll start this review by stating that I had chronic gum disease; however, my teeth were hard as a rock, not loose at all. A female dentist, from this office, examined my teeth. I will not mention her name because what I have to say is not positive.

The X-ray tech, a female, was not very pleasant . The ladies, at the front desk, were very friendly and professional.

I guess this dentist is used to examining low income or indigent patients with rotting, loose teeth. I say this because of where the office is located; it's not that it's in a bad area. However, it is in the middle of Little Havana. She gave me absolutely no hope of saving most of my teeth; I left the office devastated. I guess I should mention it would have cost $2,500. She had absolutely no consideration as to how having a mouth full of empty teeth would affect me considering that I'm a relatively young woman. Thankfully, my husband (aka my "Doctor Chiringa") convinced me to get a second opinion. That brings me to Dr. Diana Ayala; please look at the review I wrote about her!

Had a 10:00 AM apt, it took 1 and half hours before I was called. When I got in the room, it took me almost a mm other hour before the dentity came. I was there to remove a bad tooth, she gave me a shot and never came back until I walked out of the clinic withoUT having that tooth removed. No discipline. I am in the hunt for a good dentist.

I decided to write this review because I read a negative one, signed by anonymous. If you are so upset, own up and give us your name.
I have been going to this office for the past 20 years. The service is exceptional, the employees are kind and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is very friendly. The premises are impeccable.
I always go to the same hygienist, Jackie. Her work is exceptional. A true professional. I have gone to others (when I moved out of town) but Jackie is one of a kind. She is the best. In that office they do not rinse your mouth with hot water. Therefore what "anonymous" claims is absolutely not true. In 20 years nothing has happened to me in that neighborhood. Their parking is right around the corner.
When I call I am never put on hold and I am impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. This does not happen at Dr. Levine's office.
I am lucky to have them take care of me!!

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

Not at all! It was way too hot
