Albeit, I'll start this review by stating that I had chronic gum disease; however, my teeth were hard as a rock, not loose at all. A female dentist, from this office, examined my teeth. I will not mention her name because what I have to say is not positive.

The X-ray tech, a female, was not very pleasant . The ladies, at the front desk, were very friendly and professional.

I guess this dentist is used to examining low income or indigent patients with rotting, loose teeth. I say this because of where the office is located; it's not that it's in a bad area. However, it is in the middle of Little Havana. She gave me absolutely no hope of saving most of my teeth; I left the office devastated. I guess I should mention it would have cost $2,500. She had absolutely no consideration as to how having a mouth full of empty teeth would affect me considering that I'm a relatively young woman. Thankfully, my husband (aka my "Doctor Chiringa") convinced me to get a second opinion. That brings me to Dr. Diana Ayala; please look at the review I wrote about her!

Had a 10:00 AM apt, it took 1 and half hours before I was called. When I got in the room, it took me almost a mm other hour before the dentity came. I was there to remove a bad tooth, she gave me a shot and never came back until I walked out of the clinic withoUT having that tooth removed. No discipline. I am in the hunt for a good dentist.

No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

A little, but I wish they had explained it more thoroughly
Did your teeth cleaning feel rushed?
Yes, I was very disappointed

Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!
Was the water they used during your teeth cleaning a comfortable temperature?
Not at all! It was way too hot
