Dr.Raphael Lewis and his entire staff are exceptional.They are all very professional and extremely pleasant. They do everything possible to take the patient's mind off what could be a highly painful procedure.I would like to commend in particular Missy and Peggy whom I rate as outstanding.It was indeed heartwarming to have received a call the morning after to check on how I doing. THANKS A LOT. You are the BEST. I certainly will not hesitate to continue recommending you.

No, it's obvious their colleagues don't respect them

No, I felt confused and uneasy when I left

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away!

I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

Definitely not. They were unaware of my situation, even though they had my information
Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted?
Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door
Was this provider's office easy to locate?
No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS

They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. It's really important to me to have a comfortable chair to sit in during my dental procedure, and their chairs were very comfortable. It was nice to be able to be comfortable during my entire procedure.
