Dr.Raphael Lewis and his entire staff are exceptional.They are all very professional and extremely pleasant. They do everything possible to take the patient's mind off what could be a highly painful procedure.I would like to commend in particular Missy and Peggy whom I rate as outstanding.It was indeed heartwarming to have received a call the morning after to check on how I doing. I knew that I was going to be in a little bit of pain after my appointment, it happens every time I go to the dentist. It wasn't excessive at all though, and it went away pretty quickly. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.
