Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. . . . . I was told 60$ for extraction. I was called twice with conformation during the two weeks waiting for emergency extraction to confirm price and time. When i got there my money was taken by smart phone using rude staff and I was sent back. The dentist told me, "Oh, did they tell you it is an additional 80$ for extraction?" Then it was well too bad for ya pal kick rocks and we'll be keeping the 60$ you just paid us. It was like a "Get out" that i never expected. When i got home i tried calling to get some questions answered. The phone rang a few times then the oddest thing happened. "Hi... um... thank you for calling...um please leave a msg.... BEEEP
!!!!!" It sounded like one of the office girls had no respect trying to take me as a fool. Pretending to be an answering machine... Really... Now it is three weeks later and i have not had to money to get my tooth extracted... it is throbbing like hell and my face is swelling so bad. Thank you Montrose Community Dental for being such upstanding pillars of this community

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
