I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking.

This was an awful experience for me. I went in first with a terrible cavity, with alot of pain. He wrote me a perscription for pain meds and made an appointment for a week latter. I took the perscription in to fill it, and he gave me 3 pills to last for a whole week, AND the pharmacy couldn't fill it because he didn't write a dose on it. They never returned my calls or the pharmacies calls. Then I got my tooth pulled, and was told to take high dose Ibuprofen for pain, I told them I can't take Ibuprofen because of my kidney's, so he gave me nothing for pain. I called the pharmacy to see what they reccomend for pain and they said "call the emergency phone number for the dentist, because to give nothing for pain after an extraction is barbaric" So I called the emergency number 2 times, left messages both times, they NEVER called back. I called this morning to the office, and told them I was in terrible pain, and the office lady told me that they don't give pain meds for an extraction and to take ibuprofen or advil. I said I can't take ibuprofen, and she rudely responds with will than your going to have to take advil!!! Lucky I know that ibuprofen and advil are the same or I would be in the hospital right now, I said but advil is ibuprofen, she argued that they were not, and finally just said 'whatever, if your in that much pain, make another appointment. I can't imagine taking my child to this place and being sent home with nothing to help his pain. Terrible, terrible place

I went there to have a tooth pulled. I was told I had slight infection. when returning home I went online (because of the pain) to see if there was anything i could do. The docs online said i should have been giving antibiodics for the infection! did not get any. Now I think I have dry socket and I keep getting the front desk. the dentist has yet to call me back! I doubt he will... Great table manors but after care sucks! I do not wish any of my friends to this clinic.I have never had a tooth pulled so I am scared as to know if I am ok... is it to much to ask for a simple call back???????
