We had an excellent first visit with Dr. Klein. He is awesome with the kids, and doesnt hesitate to listen to your concerns. Upon noticing that I was pregnant, he told me to call him when the baby was born and that he would handle all the duties required for a newborn. This is awesome!

Their staff was friendly enough, but I was concerned that some of the flyers in their window were grossly out of date. The examining rooms are reasonably bright and child-friendly but they could use a fresh coat of paint. The pediatricians are great but I was once forgotten in a waiting room. I suppose it happens. The parking situation, however, is a nightmare and once, when I had an emergency, they had forgotten to tell me to call the hospital when they are not there and their answering machine, due to a power failure, had deleted that important message. Needless to say, I had to find an emergency pediatrician in a pinch.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I appreciated that during the appointment they made a point to address both me and my child. I was glad that they made an effort to include both of us. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
