On visit said the books were closed out. Would not take my check at checkout. Had to pay credit card. Dr said he would not do procedure not medically necessary even if I paid full price. Said he didn’t have time. Had a lot of sick patients to take care of. Had to have a friend esthetician come from many miles away who helped me. He always leaves right on time at end of hours to his sports car though.

Not really. It felt like they just cared about making money.
Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office?
They were average
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
No, it was expensive.
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond

They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. The restrooms were very well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

No, they didn't even attempt to explain

Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Yes, there is a definite trend of overbooking here
Did you spend a lot of time in the waiting room at this provider's office?
The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best
