I agree with Erin. Dr. Mauch is very arrogant. Fortunately, we don't have to see him often as he will refill without actually seeing the patient.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I wasn't experiencing any pain when I got there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but the cost associated with the recommended treatment was outrageous. I was told I wouldn't have a copay and then I got a bill.

I appreciated the fact that the staff was cordial. I felt comfortable when I walked in. They briefly listened to me, but downplayed what I was saying. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't miss something. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. The Doctor seemed to be in a hurry or thinking of something other than my ailment. The Doctor also came off rude and put off by my inquiries.
