I went in for a broken tooth with a missing filling. They scheduled 2 procedures, told me after it was done that it WAS NOT covered by my insurance and to this day, the original tooth has not been worked on. I agreed to payment arrangements of a certain amount each month because I am on Social Security, they made a mistake and made up for it the following month taking my rent money. Now I still need to get my tooth that is causing me great pain fixed! They did the expensive work first, not what hurt me the most and when I complained they ignored me.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The office furniture is old, run down, torn & dirty. The staff ignores you, we sat there for 15 min. waiting to be recognized. The dentist claimed my wife and I needed all sorts of dental work but couldn't substantiate thru the xrays they had taken. Although insurance covered the visit 100% they demanded a $90 deposit up front and 1 month later still refuse to refund that amount. This place is in business strictly to steal your money.....be very careful my friends.

This was the WORST dental experience ever!!! First, they ask you for your bank account number and credit card number on the new patient paperwork. Of course I did not give it to them. The doctor told me that I need to have 3 fillings removed and redone, but if I was smart I would do Onlays at $675 each. They also said that I needed to have a crown replaced (it is brand new). Additionally, I was told my Madison Springs said that my cracked filling would not be covered by my insurance, but just to be nice they would give me that price. They also REFUSED to give me the standard cleaning that is covered by my insurance and instead wanted to charge me $65 for a "special" cleaning. I was already worried about their honesty so I refused all treatment. I requested copies of my x-rays, which they charged my $25 for. I was afraid to use my credit card there, so fortunately I had cash. I went for a second opinion to a family friend that doesn't take my insurance. He said that NO CROWNS needed replacing, all my fillings were fine, except for one that was cracked. I knew this already, but he said it did not need an onlay, a regular filling would be fine. He also said that I absolutely did not need a deep cleaning! I would NEVER recommend this dentist to ANYONE!!!!!

Absolutely! They explained everything in detail and made sure I understood before my procedure

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice!

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said

Absolutely! They made me feel like my questions and concerns were stupid

The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions

Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions

Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes, they made sure I had all the information I needed to make a decision

I have been going to this Dentist now for several years and have never had a problem. I had gone to other dentist where they try to make up charges and unnecessary treatments so It was a relief when they did not do this until recently the gals at the front desk gave me incorrect information about treatment saying it was not covered when it actually was. Then when I checked with my insurance company she gave them a different reason than what she told me. That did give me an very uncomfortable feeling like they were trying to hide something from me and did not give me options except oh we offer a payment plan.. I will go back and I think I can work this out but beware and always do you're homework when what they tell you does not make since.
