The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I was mildly frustrated that very few of my questions got answered. I really needed to know a lot more than what I got out of that appointment.. I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Dr. Cook is great, she has been my dentist for over 20 years.
