Dr. Richardson is an awesome dentist. Extremely friendly and very caring. The reason I didn't give him five start is because most of the staff is so caring and so very nice. I called today and the gal that answered the phone was pushy and not listening to what I was telling her. She just kept repeating the same thing about a check-up and a cleaning. I kept telling her that I needed some major work done and when it finally clicked with her she said there no time for a cleaning. Only a check-up and x-rays. That was fine with me but why insist on a check-up and cleaning only to then say there was no time for a cleaning. Also, it's a little pricey but I don't know how their prices compare to others. To me he's worth it but you have to pay cash up front what the insurance doesn't pay. That is difficult at times. My husband was going to have to pay over $2,000 out of pocket at one time and they won't take payments. That was just too much for us at one time. If it wasn't for a couple of the staff rushing a patient and not listening, then policies set up where a person has to pay at one time what insurance doesn't pay I would with out a doubt give five stars.

I have been going to Dr. Richardson for numerous years!!! Before they even schedule any treatment, they go over in detail payment plans and let you know how much the procedure will cost. The rooms are decorated real nice and have windows in them. The chairs are comfortable and there is music playing in the background. I think the staff is amazing cause they are so fun to be around. They make you feel comfortable and stress free. You will never find a more friendlier dentist that knows what he is doing along with his staff. Once you start using Dr. Richardson you will not want to go anywhere else and you will start referring your friends to him too.

The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better. Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I am not a fan of going to the Dentist But Dr Richardson is such a Wonderful Man that he makes your Visit a JOY, he is the singing Dentist. My whole office at work now goes to my Dentist, and we all really like him and ALL the staff- Thanks to all the office for your hard work and Wonderful atmosphere.

Our family has gone to Dr. Richardson for many years. He and his staff are professional, friendly, suggest conservative treatment which works, refers when necessary and we always get in right away. The staff stays with Dr. Richardson, an indication of a well run office.

We LOVE Dr. Richardson. He is wonderful, gentle, and personable. We went through several bad dentists before we found him...even tried going to a close family friend when he started a business but had to come back to Dr. Richardson. We will go to him until the very end!

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle.
