Dr. Richardson is an awesome dentist. Extremely friendly and very caring. The reason I didn't give him five start is because most of the staff is so caring and so very nice. I called today and the gal that answered the phone was pushy and not listening to what I was telling her. She just kept repeating the same thing about a check-up and a cleaning. I kept telling her that I needed some major work done and when it finally clicked with her she said there no time for a cleaning. Only a check-up and x-rays. That was fine with me but why insist on a check-up and cleaning only to then say there was no time for a cleaning. Also, it's a little pricey but I don't know how their prices compare to others. To me he's worth it but you have to pay cash up front what the insurance doesn't pay. That is difficult at times. My husband was going to have to pay over $2,000 out of pocket at one time and they won't take payments. That was just too much for us at one time. If it wasn't for a couple of the staff rushing a patient and not listening, then policies set up where a person has to pay at one time what insurance doesn't pay I would with out a doubt give five stars.

I have been going to Dr. Richardson for numerous years!!! Before they even schedule any treatment, they go over in detail payment plans and let you know how much the procedure will cost. The rooms are decorated real nice and have windows in them. The chairs are comfortable and there is music playing in the background. I think the staff is amazing cause they are so fun to be around. They make you feel comfortable and stress free. You will never find a more friendlier dentist that knows what he is doing along with his staff. Once you start using Dr. Richardson you will not want to go anywhere else and you will start referring your friends to him too.
