It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. They would not leave me alone, and kept suggesting that I buy products that I felt were completely unnecessary. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. The chairs they had in the waiting room were horrible. I was so uncomfortable; I wish they had put more thought into patient comfort.

i never feel like i wasted my money when i leave this place, this is not a case of damning with faint praise as i have found a rather large contingent of either incompetent or disinterested docs in this geographic area. these docs will also give quality care to self paid persons and they don't seem to jack the rates ( not as high as most at least ). They will also try to convince you to get something they really think you may need instead of just letting you walk, not force, but forceful persuasion. this forceful persuasion may well have saved my life

I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. They were extremely late to all my appointments. I always had to wait over an hour for them to show up. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in. They aren't known for being that good at what they do in my area, but they aren't known for being terrible either. They should probably work on improving their professional reputation.
