Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. Their prices were not fair at all. They were extremely overpriced and I felt ripped off.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I have recomended this medical center to other people who needed a walk-in clinic. They truly deserve more recommendations than I can give! They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Their staff was friendly and welcoming. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. The local news was on in the waiting room and plenty of magazines.

I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine.
