They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. . It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question.

They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.
