The doctor is a nice fellow but the staff is hoorible. They told me before the procedure that the insurance was taking care of the bill and I was liable for the copay but ended up with over $1,500 out of pocket "surprise". All that for a procedure that wasnt even helpful...

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
