Dr. Salzer was amazing. The first time that I went in to see him, I had to get a test done where he was looking in my throat by sticking a tube down my nose. It is a very uncomfortable procedure, but Dr. Salzer talked me through it and was so kind about it. I would never have made it through the procedure without him! He is very trustworthy and nice! He is extremely intelligent and thorough. I would recommend him to anyone who was looking for an ENT doctor.

Not at all, I was given several other options to try first

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

I was so relieved when they offered me a remedy for my condition.Before I knew it I was feeling better. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I couldn't believe how promptly they contacted me with my test results. It really showed how much they care about their patients.
