In 2017 they butchered my son. Pulled teeth they did not have to pull (that from a follow-up dentist) and he went through so much pain for nothing. Dentures never fit and these people did not care.

Go far, far away from this place.

Spent over 8 hours there for upper dentures, $600+. They did not fit, and they knew it was going to be a hard fit because of my cleft pallet! /But they said they could do it! In the end, after trying to get them to fit they said that was all they could do, but charged me anyway. Bad on me as I paid them. My advice, "DON'T go there if you need any special dentures, or any dentures for that matter!

Staff was friendly and helpful,The Doctor was very professional and made sure things were just right before letting you leave with dentures. Be prepared to wait awhile but money saved and quality of dentures makes it def worthwhile,unless your'e millionarie that is.

I had a very bad experience with Dixie Dental. In the beginning it was ok. I then had to go back because the crowns they put on came off when I bit into a sandwich. after that every thing went downhill. (all this started on May 18th.) they put temporary crowns on ,went back ,took temps. off only to find out the color was not right . put temps back on . this was not Dr. Deathridge but His assistant . which She was very rough & hurt me . everything was all wrong . I told Her the temps. were not right . She called Herself fixing the problem but only made things worse . I went home.( I live in Pensacola , FL.) My front teeth hurt so bad I had to eat soup for a week until I could see Him again. I saw Him in His Brewton AL. office . He gave me XR. for pain & infection also Methylprednisolone. I went back to Daphne office only to find out crowns did not come in . that was a trip for nothing. They did not let me know of this. I returned to Daphne on July 19th for perm. crowns .I let them know how unhappy I was. Dr Deathridge said to me( I did not ask you to come to me , you came of your own free will) That statement was very rude and very unprofessional . This Dentist has caused me nothing but pain & money. My problem is not solved . I am still having trouble . I now have to go to another dentist to get Dr. Deathridge's mess straighten out which will be more time and expense for me. I would not recommend Dixie Dental to anyone.

Find another provider!!! Even if it takes longer for an appointment, wait. This was a nightmare to go through. The place is unclean and the charges are not explained well. I went elsewhere to get my final dentures. If this service is a result of Obamacare, it's a sad day for healthcare.

Terrible! They could not fix a tooth that fell out of my denture because I have high grade porcelain dentures and they can only fix cheap acrylic dentures. It's a dental lab for gosh sakes, the techs and dentures need to go back to school.

They tell you that you get a temporary set of dentures and then when it's time for the permanent ones they want you to pay for them also, when the cost was included in the original. If you're smart you won't waste your hard earned money with these thieves. They got the one star only because I had to click something, otherwise they wouldn't have even gotten that!
