I was a little disappointed at how thoroughly they examined my teeth. I was hoping they would've been a bit more thorough. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The only problem I had was that Dr. Andy was not a very nice or patient man. If you can get another Dr. The dental assistant Amy was the best. She helped me through the whole process. I am very anxious at a dentist and she helped soothe me. Dr. Andy said if it had not been for Amy he wouldn't have done my teeth. He walked out on me three times because of my anxiety. All I asked to do was to breathe for a minute and apparently that was too much for him.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of technique. I called in the early morning and got an appointment for 10:30. Went in had a full mouth x-ray, saw the doctor, took impressions and returned the next morning for my full mouth of upper and lower dentures. The extractions were done and was fitted with my upper and lower dentures. Everything was explained to both my husband and myself. It was a pleasant experience and was made sure that I was comfortable and not hurting through the whole experience. I would recommend Dixie Dental to anyone.
