I've been seeing Dr. Raffo for nearly 20 years.. She has been so good to me. I trust her, can count on her, and know she cares about me personally. She has delivered both my daughters (via c-section). I moved during my last pregnancy, but drove 2.5 hrs to see her and have my 2nd baby delivered by her. I'm pregnant again and we decided, collectively, it would be best to find a local doctor this round. She actually called me and sat on the phone helping me put together a small list of obgyn's in my area to check out, based on education and experience. I'm super emotional about not having her care during this pregnancy, but am so appreciative for her help. She's a great doctor, smart woman, kind, caring, and I absolutely recommend her!

She is amazing. She is compassionate and thorough. She takes time out to listen and you felt like you have been heard as a person instead of a patient. She is my Doctor! Thank you Dr. Raffo for going beyond the call of duty and being caring.

It's been a few years since I experienced Dr. Raffo's services. I asked her why she gave vaginal exams during the time I was 7 months pregnant and she didn't know what to say but, that her and her medical team had been giving them for 5 years and that she didn't know why. Ridiculous! then she said if I were to deliver my baby before she goes on vacation that her college would deliver it in her place. I finally received an answer to why they give vaginal exams that are so invasive and painful. The week before my due date she gave me an exam and mention that "this otta get things going" so this is the reason why they give exams, to move along the pregnancy so they can go on their vacations on time...Or so that there will be enough beds for all to be delivered by C-section (which is doctor's favorite $$$ more money in their bank) or vaginal...a horrible experience with this medical group...further more, they are all in for the money!!!

I have been seeing Dr Raffo for over 11 years and through that time have found her to be professional yet compassionate. She has never hurried an appointment and has always both listened to my concerns and addressed them all. The rest of the people that work there are also wonderful and I never feel like "just" another patient. The waiting room is very comfortable. The restrooms are well-stocked and clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult although there is sometimes a wait in the waiting room -- either because of a baby being delivered or something, or because a prior patient is getting the time she needs in her appointment.
