She graduated from the University of California, Irvine with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Dr. Priestley attended medical school at Ross University and completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Franklin Square Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.Dr. Priestley then joined a private practice in Tucson, Arizona where she specialized in minimally invasive procedures including robotic surgery.“I find the most reward in serving patients through significant moments in their lives, such as the joys of first pregnancy to the changes of menopause and every challenge in between.”Dr. Priestley has two children. I've been seeing Dr. Raffo for nearly 20 years.. She has been so good to me. I trust her, can count on her, and know she cares about me personally. She has delivered both my daughters (via c-section). I moved during my last pregnancy, but drove 2.5 hrs to see her and have my 2nd baby delivered by her. I'm pregnant again and we decided, collectively, it would be best to find a local doctor this round. She actually called me and sat on the phone helping me put together a small list of obgyn's in my area to check out, based on education and experience. I'm super emotional about not having her care during this pregnancy, but am so appreciative for her help. She's a great doctor, smart woman, kind, caring, and I absolutely recommend her!

She is amazing. She is compassionate and thorough. She takes time out to listen and you felt like you have been heard as a person instead of a patient. She is my Doctor! Thank you Dr. Raffo for going beyond the call of duty and being caring.
