I received 2500 grafts and a year later I might have 150 hairs with Dr. Mark Garbutt in Oceanside at Artistic hair also called Advanced Hair ??? The Doctor started procedure but his assistants did the hair implants. Please do not go to this place . They will take your money and run! They did not even have anything to tie my hair up with.
