Amazing Doctor ! Wonderful office !

Everyone there is very committed to making their patients feel comfortable and well cared for. My husband has been going to Dr. Michelson for years and I just went for my first appointment with him. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Amazing Doctor ! Incredible staff !

I have been to other doctors offices which felt like an assembly line. This was the opposite! The staff and the doctor really took their time to get all of my information and give me the most thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr. Michelson has incredible credentials, but unlike most "nerds", can actually communicate with people really well ! He explained everything to me and answered all my questions. I have a few medical issues with my eyes and was thrilled to finally understand the problems and have a great strategy for addressing them. My previous doctors had the "just take two aspirin and call me next time" approach.

By the way the new glasses have given me the best vision I have ever had !

I can't recommend this doctor more !!!
